KORKYRA. Korkyra. Roman rule, circa 229-48 BC. Didrachm (Silver, 17 mm, 4.71 g). Head of Dionysos to right, wearing wreath of ivy. Rev. Pegasos flying right; below, monogram of APⲰ and of PK. BMC 362. SNG Copenhagen 119. SNG Delepierre 1207. Beautifully toned and of fine style. Light scratches and with some die wear, otherwise, good very fine.
